平遥古城吃住行全攻略

(游览)

平遥通票125元/人,学生票半价。可以去北城门,西城门,县衙,日升昌,清虚观,镖局,武馆,文庙,城隍庙等等,大概有20个景点。
平遥古城墙 
号称中国四大古城墙之一,是山西乃至全国历史最早、规模最大的县城砖石城墙之一,被誉为“华北第一城”。城墙顶上还设有了望孔、射孔、垛口等御敌设施,据说在战乱年间,古城墙曾经为保护城内百姓发挥过重要作用,令我肃然起敬。城墙上面还摆着铁炮,抛石机,刀车,云梯和一些武器等,战旗猎猎,令人想起金戈铁马的冷兵器年代的血腥。

日升昌票号 
赫赫有名的日升昌当然要认真参观的了,来之前看了很多有关晋商的书,所以完全了解了日升昌票号的“江湖地位”。曾经有个说法,说平遥在某个时间是世界经济的中心,那日升昌票号可以说是平遥的中心。日升昌作为近代中国最具有影响力的票号,曾经创造了无数的金融奇迹,被誉为“中国的华尔街”。日升昌的大院是一个典型的山西大院,院子里有一个装满水的大水缸,据说这象征着聚宝盆,因为山西人相信“家里有大海,出门发大财”的说法。最让我诧异的是日升昌运作的一些方法,比如什么汉字密码法,还有身份认证,高薪养廉等等,这些方法在当时绝对是领先世界水平。 
现在的日升昌票号又称为中国票号博物馆,共设有二十余个展厅,大体上分为史料展示和原貌展示两部分,从中可以看出中国民族银行业的发展轨迹。今天金融界的同仁到这里,估计会很无颜面对先贤了。

明清街 
位于古城南大街,这里自明代以来的商贸集散地,临街铺面、商号比比皆是,当年有“大清金融第一街”称号,是完全的历史遗迹,比起很多地方现在新建的古镇老街简直不可同日而语,本人就喜欢看真实遗迹,很是缅怀了一番。明清一条街完全是古色古香的古式建筑,街面不宽,窄窄的,两边井然有序地排列着各式各样的小店,小店都是砖木结构。 
通票上的几个景点什么长盛蔚、协同庆、古民居、百川通等等,几乎都集中在明清街的两侧,在逛明清街的时候,看到门口有检票的,就走进去打孔参观。推荐来旅游的朋友,可以在早上来这里走走,会有种时间倒转的感觉,很多店铺都还没有开门,只有几个人在街上走着,感觉这时候的古城最纯朴最真实。

县衙 
县衙规模宏大为全国之冠,分为左中右三路。有大堂,办公,寝区,库房,监狱,花园等。其器械,刑具,仪仗,服饰,家具,文书等文物保存极为完整。县衙面积很大,但是给我记忆深刻的是他们的牢房,特别是关押死刑犯的那间,别的牢房还有门有窗,但是那间却空无一物,里面完完全全的一个黑屋,很多人都觉得背脊冰凉,毛孔直竖。顺便看了县衙的升堂表演,妙趣横生,案情曲折离奇,表演者都很卖力,看着看着好象有点体会“自古衙门朝南开,有理无钱莫进来”了,有点沉重。 
通票里还包括的文庙、当铺博物馆、雷履泰故居、城隍庙等等。
山西以面食为主,这一点在平遥感受很深刻。面食不光作主食,也有被烹之为菜的,所以点菜时千万不能太多。在平遥的两天时间里,没让自己的肚子闲着,本着多尝少吃的原则,品尝了许多面食。(需要说明的是,江南地区的面食非常简单,并且多是制成品,和北方面食有很大差距)。这次去平遥前,关于吃,我是做足了功课,基本上都有的放矢,用足了胃的能力。主要推荐两个品种: 
牛肉: 
平遥牛肉驰名三晋,特点是色泽红润,肉丝纹络清晰可见,外观十分诱人,吃起来则肉质鲜嫩,浓香扑鼻,咀嚼不费齿力。除了袋装平遥牛肉外,平遥街头的许多店铺出售散装牛肉。 
碗脱 
是平遥最具地方特色的风味小吃,主要由白面粉制作,集凉粉与灌肠的优点于一身,既有凉粉的清爽利口,又有灌肠的浓烈香味,精而不腻,滑利爽心,是平遥各大小饭店吸引外地游客的招牌菜。我个人认为,大排档上的碗脱更有味道。 
碗脱有冷调、热炒两种食用方法。冷调是切成面条状放入人后加醋、蒜泥、芝麻、大料水、辣椒末、香油等即可。食用时有一种凉爽、清香、光滑可口的感受。热炒是将炒瓢内入熟猪油,加入葱蒜后,将切成条状的碗倒入,加山药蛋丝或豆芽菜,再加大料水、酱油、醋等调味品。炒熟后香味四溢,诱人馋涎欲滴。如果有可能,两种都应该尝尝,非常有必要。 
其他的象长山药、豆腐脑、莜面栲栳、水煎包、炸油糕这类风味小吃,都要尝试一下。我的感受是,好吃的很多,也不用费脑子记,没吃过的就拿上来试试,千万不要早晚小米粥馒头、中午打卤面,那就没趣的紧了。早餐就去大排档,主要集中在西大街与北大街交汇路口的西北角上,选择丰富。明清一条街上有许多餐馆,都能够品尝到平遥当地的特色美食,看哪个顺眼,进去就是了。 
莜面烤栳栳
找明码标价的饭馆,点几道山西的特色菜,如烤栳栳(或烤佬佬,这两个字看到好几种写法)、碗秃儿、水煎包、搓鱼儿等。著名的牛肉不便宜,想省钱的朋友可以要碗牛肉面尝尝。
住宿
山西平遥古城里有很多旅店,冬天建议大家趁淡季价格住上一晚,感受古城的生活,逛累了就回到古色古香的老院子休息。
由于平遥的电瓶旅游车与古城内旅店有回扣关系,所以如果想在古城里住宿也先不要跟司机说,让他载到古城的明清街即可。明清街是步行街,车辆不能进入,这时候就可以自己去找住宿的地方了。
步行街上有很多前面饭馆后面住宿的旅店,像网上有名的天元奎、云锦成、衙门官舍以及平遥的国际青旅郑家客栈等等。晚上逛夜景也不用担心,客栈都会有红灯笼指引客人回家。
